Warranties

We stand by the quality of our products and built them to last for years. To protect against defects, we offer manufacturer warranty on all orders.

DYNASTY Adjustable Beds: 10 year Parts & Labor FREE, Lifetime Warranty for the metal bed frame - We will try to diagnose any issues first hand with our technicians. We do NOT replace adjustable bases unless broken upon arrival. Our bases are very durable and made to withstand shipping damages. IF there is a motor/part missing or damaged. We will send the part to the related address and send a technician to help replace said part. 

DYNASTY Sofa Mattresses: 5 year Limited Warranty - For defected mattresses we will replace. The mattress needs to have a dip/sagging of 1.5" to be considered defective. 

DYNASTY Mattresses: 30 year Limited Warranty - For defected mattresses we will replace. The mattress needs to have a dip/sagging of 1.5" to be considered defective. 

You do not need to register for warranty on your Dynasty Mattress but please keep your proof of purchase documents to support the warranty.
